Welcome to CA Aesthetics. By accessing our website, booking a service, or purchasing any product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

CA Aesthetics provides cosmetic smile brightening experiences using halal-friendly, peroxide-free or ≤0.1% hydrogen peroxide products. All products are designed for self-application by the client and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any dental condition.

We do not perform or offer:

• Teeth whitening (as defined by UK dental law)
   
• Dental advice or consultation
   
• Invasive or medical procedures
   

All products and equipment used during sessions are provided for the client’s personal use only. Staff do not apply or administer products to the client, and no part of the service should be construed as dental practice or intervention.

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• CA Aesthetics is not a dental clinic.
   
• We are not regulated by the General Dental Council (GDC).
   
• Our services are purely cosmetic and aesthetic in nature.
   
• We do not guarantee dental results such as tooth colour change or whitening.
   

Disclaimer:
This is not a dental service. CA Aesthetics does not provide dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All products are cosmetic in nature and self-administered by the client. The service does not fall under the practice of dentistry, in accordance with the Dentists Act 1984.
 

Clients must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
   
• Not have active dental issues (e.g., untreated cavities, gum disease)

• Not be allergic to hydrogen peroxide

• Not suffer from epilepsy or seizures

• Not have had or plan on having a dental clean within 4 weeks of booking
   
• Understand that the service is cosmetic only
   
• Accept full responsibility for their own use of the product
   

Due to the nature of our services:

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

• You may reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the original booking without forfeiting your deposit

• No-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may forfeit the session.
   
• Refunds are not issued unless there is proven product fault.

• If you miss your appointment, the full fee will still apply
   

Individual results may vary. CA Aesthetics makes no claims or guarantees regarding the outcome of any treatment. By proceeding with our services, you agree to waive CA Aesthetics of any liability relating to sensitivity, reactions, or dissatisfaction with the results.

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the property of CA Aesthetics and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels in the UK.
